Refund Policy
Last updated: August 26, 2026
This policy explains how refunds are handled for EXO digital products, applications, subscriptions, in-app purchases, and online services.
Digital products and activated services
Because EXO provides digital products and services, purchases may be non-refundable after the digital item, subscription, service, credit, feature, or access has been used, consumed, delivered, or activated.
App Store and Google Play purchases
If you purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play, refund requests are handled according to the refund policies and review process of that store. EXO may not be able to issue refunds directly for store-managed transactions.
When a refund may be reviewed
- A duplicate charge was made for the same purchase.
- A paid digital item was not delivered and was not used or activated.
- A technical issue prevented access and EXO could not reasonably resolve it.
- A refund is required by applicable law or by the relevant platform policy.
Non-refundable examples
- Consumed in-app items, credits, coins, or similar digital balances.
- Activated subscriptions or paid features after use has started, unless the platform policy or law says otherwise.
- Purchases made by mistake after the price and confirmation screen were shown.
How to request support
Contact EXO with the product name, purchase date, store or payment reference, and a short description of the issue. Do not send sensitive card or banking information by email.
