EXO and its products may offer paid digital services, subscriptions, in-app features, custom services, or other digital products from time to time.
Paid digital services
Paid features or services may be offered inside an EXO product, through an official EXO website, through Apple App Store or Google Play, or through another approved payment method shown at the time of purchase.
Before you confirm
- The selected product, feature, subscription, or service should be clearly identified.
- The final price and any applicable fees should be shown before you confirm the purchase.
- Any renewal, cancellation, store, or platform terms should be presented by the relevant purchase flow when applicable.
Payment processing
Payments are processed through approved payment methods, stores, payment providers, banks, or platforms when available. EXO does not ask users to send sensitive card or banking details through regular contact messages.
Receipts, refunds, and support
Keep your purchase confirmation or receipt. Refund eligibility is handled under the published Refund Policy and, where applicable, the terms of the platform or store used for the purchase.
