Use of EXO services

You agree to use EXO services only for lawful, permitted, and respectful purposes. You are responsible for the activity that happens through your account or device.

Digital content and features

EXO may provide digital tools, AI features, communication features, games, religious content, subscriptions, consumables, or other digital items. Availability and behavior may vary by product, country, platform, and device.

Purchases and subscriptions

Paid features, subscriptions, in-app purchases, and digital items are shown to the user before purchase. By confirming a purchase, you authorize the applicable store, platform, or payment provider to process the payment.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorized access to EXO systems.
• Do not upload, send, generate, or share unlawful, harmful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content.
• Do not use EXO services to violate the rights, safety, privacy, or security of others.

Intellectual property

EXO names, logos, interfaces, code, designs, and service materials belong to EXO or its licensors. User content remains subject to the rights and permissions that apply to the relevant product or platform.

Third-party platforms

When a product is downloaded, purchased, or used through Apple App Store, Google Play, or another third-party platform, that platform's terms and policies may also apply.

Changes to services and terms

EXO may update services, features, or these terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law.
